AGCProduct (“we”) built the "Whose number" as a Free app and Internet service (collectively “Services”). These Services is provided by us to users ("you") at free of charge and is intended for use AS IS.
We strive to make our Services as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to our Services or start charging fees for their use at any time and for any reason. We will never charge for our Services without explaining to you exactly what you are paying for.
"Whose Number" stores and processes the Personal Information you have provided to us in order to provide our Services. You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to our Services. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and restrictions imposed by the official operating system of your device. This may leave your smartphone vulnerable to malware/viruses, compromise your phone's security features, and may cause our Services to not work properly or at all on it.
You should be aware that there are certain things for which we are not responsible. Some app features require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile operator, but we cannot be held responsible if our Services do not work to their full potential if you do not have Wi-Fi access and you do not have your data.
If you use our Services outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should be aware that the terms of your agreement with your mobile carrier will still apply. As a result, your mobile operator may charge you data charges for the duration of your connection when accessing our Services or other third party charges. When using our Services, you are responsible for any such charges, including roaming data charges, if you use our Services outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off roaming data. If you are not the billing party for the device on which you are using our Services, please note that we assume that you have received permission from the billing party to use our Services.
Similarly, we cannot always take responsibility for how you use our Services, i.e. you need to make sure that your device remains charged - if it has run out of battery and you cannot turn it on in order to use services, we cannot accept responsibility for this.
With regard to our responsibility for your use of our Services, when you use them, it is important to remember that while we strive to keep them running smoothly and correctly, we rely on third parties to keep them running. We are not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, that you incur as a result of your reliance on the uninterrupted and correct operation of our Services.
At some point, we may want to update our Free App. The Free App is currently available for Android - system requirements (and any additional systems we decide to extend the app's availability to) may change and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using our Services. We do not promise that we will always update the application to suit you and/or work with the version of Android installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept app updates when they are offered to you. We may also terminate the provision of the application and terminate its use at any time without notifying you of the termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the application and (if necessary) remove it from your device.
